Bob Yak trailer or standard trailer for Silvio 1.0?

I am curious if I can use a trailer on my Silvio 1.0 and, if so, which type is the best. A BOB Yak trailer or a standard 2 wheel trailer. I haven't even got the bike yet...it will be here is a few weeks, bit I plan on using it as a daily commuter instead of a car. I have a standard bike trailer with 2 wheels that normally mounts on the rear quick release. I often carry the large 19L or 5 gallon water jugs with it.

Are either trailers going to work? Will either one put too much stress on the bike?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Vendetta and I’m

I have a Vendetta and I'm also a recumbent dealer and sell single wheel trailers.
I mounted a trailer on my Vendetta but haven't used it but wanted to find a solution.
A single wheel trailer should also work on a Silvio.

I posted a tread on BROL http://www.bentrideronline.com/messageboard/showthread.php?t=100166
The link to the pictures on that tread doesn't seem to work so here is a link to pictures.

Trailers

I have used a BOB trailer with my RANS Vrex and it was fine as long as I didn't have very much weight in it. When I got over about 50 lbs. it adversely affect my balance and steering. I toured about 650 miles last summer with my Silvio V1.0 using a Burley trailer and I much preferred it. Balance was never an issue and I was able to carry what I needed (about 50 lbs again). I was traveling with my wife and carried all the camping gear for the two of us plus most of the food and my clothes, etc. Our trip was in Utah, Wyoming and Idaho and we went over many mountain passes, so I was able to pull it up some quite steep grades. There is one spot with a 10% grade for about 1/4 mile and I was able to do it OK. With the BOB trailer in the same place I had to push it up. If you keep the weight down to about 30 lbs. the BOB will be fine, though. Keith
