Elliptical Chainrings and Gearing

Based on Jim's response on BROL, he and Maria are running elliptical chainrings on their race bikes. Jim, what exactly is your set up? I am curious what other folks have for setups as well.

Thinking ahead to my new set up on my Silvio 2.0!!!

Ellipticals

I was planning to install Q-rings on my Silvio before I decided to sell it. I'm running 53-39-25 Rotor rings and 11/32 SRAM X-9 on my Bacchetta Aero, with an Ultegra FD, which has a longish cage; necessary for such a wide gear range.

I'll probably install the same setup on the Lightning P38 I have on order (I agree with you that lower BB bents make better climbers).
