front suspension deflates

Wondering what's happening. Twice now my front suspension has collapsed. Had it at 150 units but when I got off the bike at home I noticed it had gone completely flat.
Am I doing something wrong or is that a defect?

Valve Stem Core

One thing you might try is to replace your Valve Stem Core.
