Larry have you tested the rolling resistance of same tyre with a latex tube, as it is meant to be lower than a butyl tube, and then checked with a latex tube with some sealant in it!!!
If the latex+sealant rolling resistance is lower than a butyl with no sealant, it could be a real winner, as major punctures on the road would be easier than a tubeless tyre with sealant.

I am really curious about new Schwalbe Pro One tubeless. It will be lighter than clincher tires.
I have got 2 rides on my new V20 with clincher One 25 mm on 100 psi. And it is really harsh. I am not sure how low pressure I can ride but 100 psi is for my 60 kg too much. I have gone with clincher tire to compare it to tubeless to what I will switch in future. Pro One seems to be gods blessing with its low weight.
What pressure are you using in what tire width?
