Minimum X-Seam on Quest Bikes

Can someone tell me the minimum X-seam lengths for the Q451 and Q559 (not sure which model is advertised)? It's an Orange Model with Quest below the seat in White.

The minimum x-seam for the Q559 should be about the same as the current QX100 at 33". Not sure whether/how much different it would be on the Q451, with the shorter chainstay.

I have (what used to be) a Q451. Before I converted it to larger wheels, I let my 4'10" niece ride it. I had the triangle about as short as it would go. Pictures in this post.
