Perfect donor?

The frame is steel, no aluminun or CrMol; otherwise it looks like the perfect Y frame donor. Am I right?
It is a 26", most probably with very simple componentes:

Btw it costs around US$150 here in Brazil.

Which one woul be the best donor?

Dear John,

Besides this one, which I alreday asked:
http://www.trackbikes.com.br/produtos/destaque/tb-100-xs-18-v/
I have found this other one, and although both are Y frames, they are quite different:

The second one seems to have a larger wheelbase than the first one. Which one is better, the shorter or the larger wheelbase? Or it doesn't make much difference?
Also the crossbar in the second one is lower than the first one. Makes much difference?

Now the bad (or good) news. I already ordered the first one...

well ... I suppose if you are

well ... I suppose if you are a big guy the first choice is a bit better. Its a moot point isn't it?

Moot point

Not really a moot point. Since wheelbases are very different, I suppose handling will also be different.
Just curious; how does wheelbase influence handling? Both are SWB, but one is quite longer than the other.

Good news: the conversion kit has arrived in Brazil! I'll get it in two weeks...some paper work at customs :(

The short wheelbase is easier

The short wheelbase is easier to make very tight turns, otherwise its hard to notice in handling.
