The fairing looks nice!
Very stylish, to my eye.
But I'm prejudiced... I test-rode for Vetter, way back in the last century
and the fairing on the Sigma reminds me, strongly, of the many prototype Quicksilver
fairings I rode behind.

More rounded shapes are more aerodynamic, of course, but those sharp creases look gooooood....

You've let the cat out of the

You've let the cat out of the bag now, Yakmurph, or is that dog out of the box?

Next I'll be asking you to devise a fuller yet practicle fairing for Sigma. You think we can target the F40 benchmark? :D

Hmmm... a fabric

Hmmm... a fabric streamliner... or, a zeppelin with a composite nose.

As you may or may not know, one of my sporting hobbies is kayaking.
The F40 streamliner concept looks like a sort of skin-on-frame construction.
Very much like the way that the original Inuit built their skin hunting boats.

Building in this way is a fast and cheap way to prototype this fairing.
Also, like a basket, the result is both strong and durable.
Finally, it (the fairing) is easily modified.

To answer your questions, now:

I can devise it, sure.
But so can you... or someone you know (closer to you in Oz.).

Can the F40 benchmark be targeted?
Of course.
