It sounds like our Silvio 2.0's are setup the same. Does yours have the chain stain extension?

I agree with noahvale, as my knee problems has reduced heaps, since installing Q rings on my three Cruzbikes, and I normally pedal at 80 to 100 CPM on the flat and 70-80 on hills.
