just wanted to say a big thank-you to Robert and the cruzbike team for sorting my order out quickly and with no fuss.

i ordered a V2 and there were a few communication issues over accessories.

Robert sorted them out in a timely fashion.

my order arrived whilst the company is in change mode and race mode sebring etc etc. not to mention taiwan celebrating chinese new year.

thanks to roberts drive and zeal I got my order before chinese new year public holiday break

I have read in the forums about the legendary service. be assured even at this moment of change it still is legendary.
