S30 Seat Stability

I noticed my seat on my Silvio being very loose on top. The only screws holding my seat are the 2x screws (#9) seen in the image below. I thought I was missing the 2x HR clamps (#4) but customer support said they don't offer those any more because it caused damaged to the seat. Just wanted to confirm this is the way it is.

Do you have some Velcro in there to hold the seat to the frame? If not, I think that will do it. That's how my Vendetta seat stays on.
