I purchased a used Silvio frame kit, is there any way of determining the year it was made or a serial #?

Hi Neiil,
I found the serial # for my Silvio on a decal on the seat pan.
The seat pads are attached by velcro strips and should be removable.
Check under the pads, you may find the same decal.
Can not say when these frames were built, but it has not been too long ago.

You may not have a serial number, the decal on mine just indicates that it is one of the first run of xx

According to the second post, by Mark B, in this thread from back in 2008, the Silvio has no serial number stamped into its frame just the Certificate Of Authenticity sticker on the seat back's front surface as mentioned by Larry here.
