Sofrider deraileur

I just recieved my new Sofrider. In my packet there is no instruction on how to connect the derailleur and/or the chain. Am I missing something? I'd appreciate help on attaching the derailleur and chain.

The bolt to connect the derailleur is assembled into a hold next to the right side fork dropout. Remove it, use it.
