Supplements during training

Hi All
Tis the season of the migration back inside for winter indoor training. I have read about products that will improve your workout or post workout recovery.
I tend to make sure I have enough water during the workout and eat a hard boiled egg post workout.
Some are chocolate milk drinkers. That is refreshing but not very keto.

Do any of you use supplements to improve your workouts or post work out recovery?
What do you use and the benefit?
