Well, I finally collected pictures of my S30 build and stuff during my tour.

Cable+housing:
Jagwire Road Elite Link shift set (2x sets)
Jagwire Road Elite Link brake set (2x sets)
Jagwire Teflon 2750mm brake cable (i.e. tandem length)

Derailleurs+shifters:
Front:
SRAM 10-speed red braze-on Yaw front derailleur
2 SRAM braze-on front derailleur washer "for compact crank"

- modified to use Shimano Altus 13t "bottom" cog (for extra chain wrap capacity)
Levers:
SRAM TT500 10-speed levers
- modified for center/inside cable routing

Crononero Low Rider Profile Handlebars (46cm) black
Black bar-tape
plastic cable housing thingie (came with old shimano shifters ages ago and changes the profile of the cable-bar interface for your comfort)

- 17t sprocket removed.
- 15t sprocket removed.
- 16t sprocket (from One-Up Components) added.
- 42t sprocket (from One-Up Components) added.

32-hole Velocity Aileron (disc-only) Polished 700C rim
Sapim CX-ray silver j-bend spokes
Sapim Polyax brass (silver) nipples
Powertap MTB 135mm disc hub with (proprietary) disc

I needed to remove some paint from the front (drive) fork in order to get the hub to mount properly. It wasn't a big deal.

The rest of the bike went together just fine...
... except of course, that my gearing is just crazy. I can't actually use all the gears as there aren't enough links in the chain to go big-big. Not a big deal from my way of thinking, since that would be silly anyway and I can't even attempt to get it to go there (and cause a funny chainstuck) because the jump is large enough it is near impossible to make it happen.
So, the gears work, surprisingly (but read the next paragraph!)

As reported elsewhere, this gearing is over the top. Trust ratz, Robert Holler and others when they tell you that (for a two-wheel cruzbike) you don't need/want gearing that low. You'll spin out like I did!
