Timbuk2 seat bag installed: now completed my Silvio bag setup.

I took a trip to REI to figure out which standard bike bag would fit perfectly along with my rear Dinotte 300 tail light. (THANKS Ken for that great idea re: the Dinotte mount!!) I wanted a small bag that was secure, to hold keys/charge card/cash/ID/iPhone......and if wanting to "go lite" I could also squeeze in other "equipment essentials".

I found the Timbuk2, and it provides exactly what I was looking for, along with the Solo Wide Radical Bag below the seat pan:

I am finally all set with bags for any trip I will take. And, they are all relatively easy to take off dependent upon the needs of any one ride.

Here are a few shots to show the Timbuk2 build. I decided to carve up an old Speedplay road cleat cover to use as an insert in the bag for support where the screws attach to the seat back. Also used thick plastic washers between the bag and the seat back.
