Tubes for the sofrider 26x1.25

I can't seem to find a tube that is 26x1.25, what are all the sofrider owners using? I live in a puncture vine laden state and was looking to toughen up my tires, however I can't even find a tube for the 26x1.25" tire. Am I missing something?

I have armadillo's on all my other bikes and combined with Slime work well to avoid flats, but I also can't find a 26x1.25 armadillo tire.

Of course I need a spare tube before riding and am planning to slime my tires tomorrow but I'm anxious to take my new sofrider out for its first long ride and I don't want to be stuck with a flat.

Do I need to stay with that same size tube/tire combination with my sofrider wheels?

Suggestions would be great.

Heh Suz,

I am using Michelin C2 Airstop 26" Tube Fits 26x1.0"-1.5"

Looks like you will need to put in an order at the LBS for your Armadillo's, but I guess that or internet was gonna happen for a narrow 26' slick tire anyway.

Specialized Nimbus Armadillo Tire (26-x1.5)
"We can only sell this item in our retail stores. Please call us to check "Location" stock status. This manufacturer currently prohibits us from selling this item via "Mail Order" or over the internet.

Whatever size tire you can stick in the fork and have the brakes work is good,,, hahahaha

Are these durable enough for your use: Continental Gatorskin tires come in a 26 x 1 1/8" (28-559 ISO)

Currently I am running Ritchey Tom Slick 26x1.0 on nice roads ( 1 flat last year )

later,,bye

Thanks

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. Today I ordered tubes that will work with slime, bought tube liners/protectors, put my back rack on.
Before I buy tougher tires I will see how this modification works. I'll probably get the Schwalbe marathons as suggested.
