Water Bottle Cages Under Seat??

How would I go about mounting a water bottle cage under the seat pan of a QX100? I see the two threaded holes in the frame for the install, but it looks like the hand nut on the seat would interfere with the water bottle. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Depending on the cage there is actually a space that allows for the use of a nylock nut there and there will not be interference with the bottle.

FWIW, on my Quest 451 I attached an underseat rack to the pair of boss on the frame which held a pair of front panniers nicely. On my QX100 I attached a pump with gauge here as I bought it with the touring rack

I didn't realize it, but there are holes to mount two more water bottles behind the seat on the QX100.
