How to buy: It’s easy to order one of our Cruzbike products. Simply click on “go to shopping cart.” Once in the shopping cart, we first ask that you create an account with us. Your account allows us to keep you updated on Cruzbike products and allows us to know who has product for warrantee purposes. After you have created an account, it’s easy to buy anything in our product line, click on the picture of the product you’d like to buy. Choose your product(s), by clicking “add to cart.” Then, click on “go to check-out.” If you haven’t already created an account, you’ll be asked to create one. We accept PayPal, Mastercard or Visa. We sometimes send t-shirts or other promotional gifts to our customers, so please put your t-shirt size in the comment section. Once we process your order, we’ll send you an e-mail indicating we’ve taken it to our shipper. Within a day or two, the shipper will e-mail you a tracking number. Sometimes the e-mails we send can be perceived by overzealous spam filters as spam, so be sure to check your Junk mail folder if you haven’t heard from us within a day or two.
