Newbie Needs to know if this is an acceptable donor bike

Newbie to CruzBikes here. Would this bike make an acceptable donor bike. Sorry I could not get the picture to up load so I attached an ebay link. Thanks in advance for your opinions.

That's as good as they get nowadays...

top tube below the height of the bottom of the head tube - check.

non- disk brakes - check.

non- one-piece crank - check.

simple front fork dropouts - check.

threadless fork stem - check.

Good choice.

Thank you Doug!  I thought it might be a good choice for my first attempt at a conversion. But it sure is good to have an expert confirm that it will work before plunking down cash.

I think Doug is right as long as your not, errr, vertically challenged. What's your pants inseam?
