Chain Vibration

I recently put my V on the trainer. It has a new chain, crankset and rings. The smart trainer has the cassette. When I pedal with moderate power, I get a vibration in the chain. This might be described as a hum that a cello might give. Put enough pedal strokes together and you might get the chilling music from the movie Jaws. :)

I have shifted gears and the vib is still there . I'm guessing that it is related to a worn (differently) sprocket on my cassette. I have not noticed this when on my other bike. I've used my other bike for all of my other training.

Do you think I'm on the right track or is there something else a miss?

The chain on my other bike is still within specs according to my chain stretch tool. The tool didn't fit on the .05 side of the tool, let alone the other side that recommends replacing. This is the chain that has worn the sprocket to its current condition. (now I put a different bike w/ new chain and chain rings)

I will check for excess wax on the sprockets and chain.
